BIG SISTER SICK

Published by melodyschif at 11:44 pm under health concerns Edit This

No school tomorrow! Woke up today looking forward to that. After sending off Kayla to school i came home and made chocolate cupcakes from scratch using the Hershey cocoa recipe. Just followed the direction on the back of the container, it always comes out good and i have been hunkering for something dark and tempting lately. Used the silicone cupcake molders MIL bought for me and made 2 dozen cupcakes with chocolate and peanut chips.

Were having another sleepover in our bedroom since there is no school. Husband helped set up the airbed and helped me put sheets on it. Kayla was already sleeping by 8:30, shortly after 9 p.m. she woke up crying, i rushed to her side but she wouldn’t calm down. I just thought she was having a bad dream, baby started waking up beside her crying as well. Now i have two kids crying! Kayla suddenly throws up and i caught most of the throw up in my cupped hands, lol. I rushed to the bathroom and dispose of it in the toilet. She kept vomiting now,Ralph already heard her crying and ended up getting throw up all over him,the bed sheets, stuffed toys and pillow cases. Baby was crying at this point, took her downstairs to MIL while i went back up to help Ralph take care of the mess. Wiped the mess up and changed the sheets. I shouldn’t have let her eat 4 cupcakes and haveĀ  marshmallows before bedtime. Poor baby girl took a while for her tummy to settle down.

Thank God she is sound asleep now and im about to put baby sister beside her on the bed and sign off for the night. Got to get some rest, hoping they will stay in a little bit late tomorrow morning. I hope!!!
