We have been having a sleep over since Wednesday night as Kayla had no school last Thursday and Friday. She loves having a sleep over and would play roll on our bed to the airbed below. Its so funny how children associate learning with things around the house. Ralph has been teaching Kayla the lower case and the upper case alphabets, i just say it the capital and the small letter,lol.. When its time for bed Kayla requested that her daddy sleep with her and Ralph asked her where did she want to lay down  and she replied ” THE LOWER CASE BED DADDY” we just burst out laughing. Now, its officially called the lower case bed. Once she is asleep Ralph gets on our bed and watches television and she usually stay on the lower case bed by herself since last night the baby was so restless from the cold and the sniffles she got. Kept crying and tossing and turning, poor baby her nose is so stuffy she has a hard time breathing. I finally decided to to put her in her room this way she wont disturb daddy and Kayla. But back to the lower case bed, it amazes me how children associate what they have learned in there own way. Tonight is going to be the last day of sleep over since she will be sleeping in her own bed again tomorrow in preparation for school. Now, she looks forward to our sleepovers and loves sleeping on the lower case bed.
