COLDS AND VITAMIN C

The Flu and Cold season is in the air circulating around every houses, schools, offices and establishments. We can’t avoid getting colds but we can certainly prevent from getting a bad one. Ever since I have been kind of immune to the colds, that was until I came to live in America. Just this spring I had such a bad case of allergies that I would sneeze all over the place and could hardly breathe through my nose since it was so stuffy and my eyes watery and itchy. Now, its flu and cold season and we got our first dose of many colds to come courtesy of Kayla. She got sick first, then the baby but luckily baby was only sick of 2 days and got over it right away, Ralph and Me. That leaves MIL now in the house that hasn’t gotten the colds yet, eventually she is going to get it since she watches over the baby frequently and baby giving her lots of snot, drool, slobber filled kisses. By the end of this month we will all be getting the Flu shots.

Here are some of the fruits, vegetables and foods that could help prevent and speed up the healing process.
